10 Games from 2014

1. Carlsen – Caruana (Sinquefield Cup) 0-1

In case you missed it, Caruana won an amazing SEVEN games in a row. He won the tournament with 8.5/10 and a performance rating of 3103. To date this is the best performance by a player ever. The feat was so remarkable that even slate took time to write an article about it. This game stood out to me because we see him dominate Carlsen with the Black pieces.
